Q1: Hard case or soft case— which one should I choose?
A: It depends on your travel needs.
Hard case (PC/ABS material)
Suitable for business trips and users who value appearance.
Advantages: waterproof, pressure-resistant, great protection, stylish look.
Disadvantages: fixed capacity (non-expandable), easy to get scratched during check-in.
Soft case (nylon/canvas material)
Suitable for family trips and backpackers.
Advantages: lightweight, expandable space, scratch-resistant and durable.
Disadvantages: not waterproof, slightly poor anti-theft performance.
Recommendation: Choose a hard case for business travel, a soft case for family trips, and a high-toughness PC hard case for long-distance travel.
A: Double wheels are better.
Double wheels distribute weight more evenly, making pushing and pulling more stable and labor-saving, with a longer service life.
Single wheels can be used, but their smoothness and stability are inferior when fully loaded.
Shopping tip: Choose silent universal wheels made of TPE/PU rubber— they are smooth, quiet and wear-resistant.
 
A: An ergonomic spine-protecting schoolbag is highly recommended.
A child’s spine is not fully developed. Carrying an overweight or unbalanced schoolbag for a long time may cause irreversible problems such as scoliosis and hunchback.
Spine-protecting schoolbags usually have these features:
 
  • S-shaped widened shoulder straps: fit shoulder curves and disperse pressure
  • Chest strap + waist strap: transfer weight to the hips and reduce spinal burden
  • 3D back padding: prevent direct pressure on the spine from books, while being breathable and sweat-wicking
Reminder: The empty weight of the schoolbag is also important— it’s best to keep it under 1kg, as an overly heavy bag will have the opposite effect.
A: Never!
This is the most common misuse. Many people grab the telescopic handle to lift the whole case up stairs. Long-term use like this will deform, disconnect or even break the internal connectors of the handle.
Correct practice: Use the side handle(s) when carrying the case up stairs or moving it.
A: Do not force it.
Forcing the zipper will overstress the teeth, causing jamming or even bursting open.
Correct practice:
 
  • Check for unnecessary items and reduce load
  • If the bag has an expansion layer, unzip it to increase capacity
  • If it still won’t fit, switch to a larger bag
A: You can take these steps:
 
  • Use a luggage cover: recommended for glossy cases to prevent scratches
  • Tighten zippers: make sure zippers are fully closed before check-in
  • Add a luggage strap: prevents accidental opening during rough handling
  • Remove old tags: peel off expired baggage tags to avoid misreading by machines
  • Take a photo: take a picture of the case before departure as evidence for claims if damaged
A: New bags or long-stored bags may have odors.
Solutions:
 
  • Ventilation: air in a well-ventilated area for a few days (avoid direct sun)
  • Activated charcoal/tea bags: absorb odors
  • Lemon/grapefruit peels: place for 1–2 days (avoid contact with leather)
Note: If there is a pungent chemical smell from poor-quality leather (possible formaldehyde overrun), discontinue use.
 
A: Leather bags need careful care.
Daily care:
 
  • Wipe dust with a soft dry cloth
  • Avoid contact with oil, cosmetics
  • If wet, blot immediately with a dry cloth and air-dry naturally— do not expose to sun
Regular care:
 
  • Apply colorless leather care cream every 3–6 months
  • Stuff with filler when storing to maintain shape
  • Keep in a dust bag, away from compression and direct sunlight
Note: Suede, nubuck and other special leathers are recommended to be sent to professional care shops.
